    I have tried everything to get Java to work it says it is installed and working but I still cant play pogo games this just started today and I dont think I should have to buy another program to fix it

    Mildred,
    We had another visitor with this same exact problem yesterday. I’m now wondering if Pogo has made some sort of change that is affecting users all of a sudden. In the meantime, here’s some advice that might help:

    In the morning, I’ll investigate a bit further to see if my hunch is correct. If so, it will likely resolve itself within a few days as Pogo comes up with a solution.

    After I have tried to install java on my
    notebook and it was verfied as Java 6 Update
    10. But when etried to play chinese chess or chess, it says I need java or java virtual machine installed b4 I can play the game. Please advise. Thanks

    I have Java update 10 downloaded and installed but whenever It runs Runescape or I try to properlly Install it I get the following:

    Error 2229. Exception at ‘Y’ Height ‘X’ Width. (Or something like that, I don’t remember entirely.)

    This is a pain because when I do try to run Runescape or something that requires Java my computer completely SHUTS DOWN. If I could get quick help that would be great. THANKS!
