I can't download the free scanner. I get an error message that this file does not have a program associated with it to perform this action. Create an association in the Folder Options control panel. Please help!

    Hi Carolyn,
The file should be an .exe file which is self executing. Try downloading the file and saving it to a location on your computer such as your Desktop or My Documents rather than choosing Run. Then go to the location where you downloaded it and doubleclick the file called RegCureSetup_1501_RW.exe.

Let me know if you can get to this point or not. - Celeste

    How to close firefox?

  4. 004   Celeste Stewart

Is it stuck? YOu should be able to click the Red X in the upper right corner. I'll ask one of the tech jocks that uses Firefox to assist.

You can also close Firefox by going to the File menu and choosing Quit
