    My error loading your .dat states that I have 64 bit & this is for 32 bit. Any suggestions? I'm running Windows Vista.

    Hi Virginia,
    The download is designed for 32-bit operating systems only at this point. A 64-bit version of the product is in the works for later this year.

    In the meantime, if you have a 64-bit version of Vista, other readers have had good luck with this product:

    please I need help asap, I bought my daughter a digital camera for christmas, I loaded the cd program to load her pictures into the computer, well I don't know what happened, but my CD/ROM drive is missing, I've looked for it but can't seem to find, it won't run no cd's or anything, so if there is anyone out there that can help me please I need your help, please email me any help please, please!!! thank you ,
