UDF File Extension Description

As a User defined function is among the many uses of the UDF file extension. It specifically functions as a user defined function for the Microsoft Excel. The UDF file extension defines the functions provided by the user of the Microsoft Excel. Any function is possible as long as these are provided by the spreadsheet application. However, the UDF file extension can still be found working as a uniqueness database file for the Windows NT.

The features of this operating system can be compared with UNIX. The UDF file extension works for Windows NT as a simple text file, that enables the administrator to supply different information or data that should be unique to each computer used by different users. This is really important for the Windows NT, since this operating system is intentionally made to serve in a local access network of computers.
