DSP File Extension Description

The .dsp file extension stands for Developer Studio Project, which is a project file for the creation of Visual C++ software applications. This is an output of the programming language Microsoft Visual C++ .NET, which is used in the development environment. In the older versions of the C++ programming language, the .dsp file extension was originally the file extension .mak.
