If used alongside a standard word processor, the WordQ software tool suggests words for you, checks your spelling and gives spoken feedback to help you find mistakes. It features a carefully planned design to help students who have a problem in editing and writing, especially those who have learning disabilities.

The wordqcrs.exe process comes as the main executable of the WordQ software. After installation, it immediately integrates with any word writing application such as Microsoft Word, WordPad, or Notepad and begins suggesting words especially if you are having trouble in spelling or in choosing the precise words. With it, texts can be highlighted, read aloud and proofread with its special and unique text-reading mode.

The wordqcrs.exe file does not correct grammar, reform punctuation nor offer creative ideas. Rather, it helps you to write your own ideas so you can improve your productivity, increase your confidence and further your spirit of inclusion that you can become a more capable and confident writer. Its main advantage is that it is extremely simple and easy-to-use, particularly to teachers in special education classes.

WordQ includes natural sounding text-to-speech, in-context prediction for corrections, usage examples for confusing words, and predictions based on creative spelling. When you type a letter, the wordqcrs.exe process predicts what you might want to have written and displayed on an actual list of accurately spelled words you can select from. Upon seeing the word you want, you can choose it with a single click of the mouse. Should you need help in deciding which word to use; the wordqcrs.exe file can read each word aloud before you make a selection.

The new wordqcrs.exe file now permits school users to store their vocabulary files on a central server instead of the local workstation. This permits a student to move from one workstation to another and have access to their settings in WordQ when they log in.
