WeatherScope or the weatherscope.exe application is software developed by a team of programmers of the Oklahoma Climatological Survey or OCS. Its main purpose is to view weather data. The central design goal of the program weatherscope.exe is to enable the users machine to deliver weather data instead of delivering the data on a server.
