The Cisco Secure URT uses the urt95svc.exe file. The Cisco Secure URT is an assignment service for virtual LAN (VLAN), which improves the security of local area network, and it works by properly identifying and validating users then relating them only to their particular services over the network and particular resources. When the Cisco Secure URT is installed in the following operating systems, Windows 98 and Windows XP, the client module appears as the urt95svc.exe application in the Windows task manager.
