Description:

The ucstart.exe process is included in their IBM Update Connector application, which is in turn included in the Access IBM application. The file ucstart.exe is also known by its internal name UC_SMB. The file ucstart.exe mainly aids the IBM Update Connector in updating the older versions of drivers on IBM computers or in installing drivers on newly installed IBM computers. When driver updates or new driver installations are needed by the computer system, the IBM Update Connector will automatically launch the ucstart.exe file.
