Description:

The process tbnote.exe activates the TurboNote application when it is installed in the system. The TurboNote program is a freeware that provides the user with the Sticky Note feature. The newer version of the file tbnote.exe, which is included in the TurboNote 6.3 application, provides an improved Windows Vista installation, operation, and additional HTML help.

Not only does the file tbnote.exe offer the Sticky Note functionality, it also has chat features.
