Description:

Oska Educational Systems and acts developed the process tahni.exe as an animated desktop companion called a DeskMate. The process was designed for Microsoft Windows operating systems, from 98 to Vista.

The tahni.exe process is a 2-Dimensional desktop companion created to spice up your desktop with its wide range of animation capabilities. The file incorporates the image of a supermodel named Tahni under different adventure conditions, from racing to hiking and surfing to martial arts.

The application tahni.exe is included in the startup group but can be executed manually if the user deems it necessary. The process is visible both on the desktop and on the system tray, and has specific functions, according to the mouse, which includes double-click and right-click.

Double-clicking DesktMate on the desktop will open up a dialog screen that will allow the user to switch between DeskMate characters and to change their settings. Also, an eCard section will allow users to send free eCards to other users via the Internet; and if an Internet connection is ready, it will automatically connect to the Oska server to view and download the latest updates.

Right-clicking Tahni on the desktop and on the icon on the system tray will reveal the menu for Oska DeskMate, such as 3D Characters and 2D Characters (which allow you to change the DeskMate characters and their respective settings), Cards-n-Toons, Help and Support, DeskMate News (which connects to the Oska server for updates and the latest news), and Exit.
