The program sxpstub.exe is a management application that provides cross platform compatibility for various programs across different platform pairs such as, operating systems and computer platforms; desktops and servers; desktops and PDA's; desktops and mobile phones, and other variants.

The program sxpstub.exe is part of the DSM r11 Software Management system utility made by CA and is called upon to log errors and diagnostics when a system with a DSM setup, encounters errors and progress indications. The program sxpstub.exe acts as an automatic logging program that dumps the contents to a stub file, to be used and ideally submitted to CA for its Unicenter Suite.
