ActMon Computer Monitoring features a built-in screenshot recorder, which enables user to see everything that happens on the computer. It logs user names, keystrokes, passwords, path names, and access times and windows titles invisibly to the user. It then sends that log file by e-mail. ActMon Computer Monitoring records all URLs of visited websites. This software report makes the report in plain text or HTML. This tool also records both sides of an Instant Message or chat conversation. This ActMon Computer Monitoring feature works with all leading chat software such as ICQ, Microsoft Messenger, AOL Instant Messenger, and Yahoo Chat. The program ActMon Computer Monitoring also has the capability of recording instant messages, e-mails and other content inside of AOL.

ActMon Computer Monitoring sends the computer activity report invisibly to the administrators e-mail. For security purpose, the computer activity report is sent via e-mailed as a compressed ZIP file and password-protected. ActMon Computer Monitoring can also save the log files directly over a local area network.

All these features of ActMon Computer Monitoring are made possible by subprograms that are located by the srvprv.exe. The process srvprc.exe was designed for x86 architecture. It runs on Windows 98, Windows 95, Windows XP, and Windows Me, Windows NT and Windows 2000.
