The user can Click the start key and choose Control Panel.

When the user opened the control panel, double-click the Administrative Tools and click Services.

Within the Services tool, locate the Print Spooler and use right-click. After clicking it, select the Stop button.

Once the process stopped, the user can leave the window open. After that, open My Computer and browse the folder below. Find the c:\ windows\ system32\ spool\ PRINTERS or the c:\ winnt\system32\ spool\PRINTERS

When the folder has been opened, the user can delete/remove all the files in the Printers folder. Once this has been deleted/remove, the user can right-click the Printer Spooler in the Services window and clicks the Start button to re-enable the service.

If this does not resolve the issue of the program, there must be other issues with the printer drivers that have been installed in the users printer and/or it has technical problems that can be resolved by troubleshooting. Always make sure that the latest printer drivers are installed in the printer. The list of printer drivers can be found through the printer driver kit.
