Spinner Plus is a free Internet audio player. It allows you to listen to more than a hundred channels of Spinner.coms music broadcast. It gives access to more than 350,000 songs that are categorized into more than 140 channels of music. It utilizes RealNetwork's G2 technology that offers excellent-quality online audio. The same technology modifies the audio streaming to adjust it to the users Internet connection speed further eliminating distortion or choppiness of the sound.

Spinner Plus allows the user to choose samples from a selection of the most popular genres and channels such as country, hip-hop, Latin pop, swing, techno, oldies, and the awesome 80s.

Spinner Plus operates independently on a browser. This software does not require additional software or plug-ins. Spinner Plus features an animated display, 21 preset channels, a mouse-over feature that is also preset and keeps you updated as to what's playing on other channels, extensive toolbar and keyboard controls, and various skins.

There are two minimizing options for the spinner.exe application when it's running. The first sets the important information into a toolbar that can live either at the bottom or top of the screen: artist, song, volume control, stop, and hyperlink to buy the CD. The user can minimize it all the way to the Open Applications panel. In expanded mode, Spinner Plus indicates the album from which the track was taken and shows the upcoming artists in the current channel.
