Description:

The file speedmgr.exe is the executable for T-Systems Nova Berlins software SpeedManager.

The speedmgr.exe process is a broadband modem application that monitors the speed of a broadband connection. This program measures the download and uploads speed of consumers Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) service.

The process speedmgr.exe starts with every Windows boot process and creates the key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Run T-DSL Speedmgr in the software registry.

The process speedmgr.exe has a known file size of 36,864 bytes. This program was built for x86 architecture. It was built to run in a graphical user interface subsystem across Windows platforms. The speedmgr.exe process is not a Microsoft signed file. SpeedManagers publisher T-Systems Nova Berlin did not sign the speedmgr.exe process with a certificate from a trusted Microsoft Windows source.

The speedmgr.exe process supports Windows XP and Windows 2000 operating systems. It supports Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 and above, Firefox ver 1, Pocket Internet Explorer for Pocket PC and Opera 7.
