Description:

The program Qurb 2.0 and the file qoeloader.exe work together to provide the security users need in the Outlook or Outlook Express application. The file qoeloader.exe is considered as a whitelist anti-spam product. Being a whitelist application, the Qurb 2.0 only allows mail from approved senders to enter the users Inbox. The process qoeloader.exe routes unapproved messages to a quarantine folder pending review and approval.

The qoeloader.exe file is integrated with the users email client application. However, the file only works with the Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express applications.

During the installation process, the qoeloader.exe program automatically scans the users address book and email messages. The file also builds a list of approved senders. The Qurb 2.0 application automatically adds three buttons to the users email cliet and a new email folder named Qurb. Quarantined messages are automatically sent to the mentioned folder when the user receives a new email. The Qurb button can be used to view new messages in quarantine, modify the approved senders list, and set optios that control Qurbs behavior.

When the user approves a message from the quarantine folder, the qoeloader.exe file instantly moves the message to the users Inbox and adds the sender to the users approved senders list.

Another use of the file qoeloader.exe is to remind users to check the quarantined messages if he or she forgets to do so. The file deletes unapproved messages after a user-specified period of time. However, the Qurb 2.0 does not allow the user to set a period to less than seven days. Additionally, the application qoeloader.exe allows the user to specify domains from which to accept all messages. This enables the user the time managing they need by not constantly approving messages from a specific domain. The file qoeloader.exe also automatically adds the new recipient when the user sends a new message to new recipient.
