Description:

The file padexe.exe is not a system critical file as the hardware it supports, can be replaced with an external device. However, this process is still highly valuable to the system as it implements a default device function within laptops. The padexe.exe file is a common component of Toshiba laptop units. This file comes by default with the actual unit and is a manufacturing prerequisite. It function is related to the navigation using a built in input and tracking device.

Touch pads are popularly used in laptops because of its compressed form and because they offer the same performance an ordinary track ball mouse renders. Certain versions of this device have even been developed with special short cut functions sensitive to the number of taps, tap areas and finger movements.

The process padexe.exe is specifically assigned to the built in touchpad or track pad within the laptop. With this application, the system is enabled to use the touchpad, giving room for easy movement, better program navigation and allowing more freedom of motion and hand interaction.
