Description:

The process ocraware.exe performs a scanned text image transformation function. It is known as the OCR Aware program. OCR stands for optical character recognition. It works by taking the texts from a scanned image and transform the acquired letters into a form editable to a computer. Usually, images just capture the letters as plain image, while the ocraware.exe process captures the letters as recognized characters ready for word processing and other text managing applications.

The process ocraware.exe comes in a separate application installer. This executable is only operable under desktop and laptop computing devices. Windows is the most compatible platform this executable operates with. The present version of this file has been found to be operable even under the latest OS service packs like Windows XP and Vista.

The ocraware.exe process can only be found under the limited edition release of its dependent application. This suite commonly comes included with the scanner device packages. This process can directly function from the scanning application and relay the scanned module straight to a word managing application. This file can be loaded through the Start menu, then Programs.

The ocraware.exe file can be safely removed from the system. Its presence within the computer depends on the users prerogative.
