Description:

The process mrtmngr.exe known is used by Intuit QuickBooks to perform scheduled updates. If updates are already available, the mrtmngr.exe process downloads and installs them automatically, thus making sure that your Quickbooks application is never out of date.

The help of the application mrtmngr.exe can automatically update Quickbooks. First, choose Update QuickBooks from the QuickBooks Help menu. Then click the Overview tab and click Update Now. Select the downloads you wish to install and click on Get Updates in order to download the selected updates. Click Close when complete. After that, exit and restart QuickBooks to install the update.

If a security warning is received when you download or install the QuickBooks update, and you obtained the update from the QuickBooks site, click Run to continue the installation. On completion of the installation, immediately restart the computer. A progress bar is displayed as structure changes are made. It is essential to allow this change to complete. Do not shutdown QuickBooks during this process.
