Description:

The iRiver Music Manager Application is launched by the file mlservice.exe. This application is the most advanced Windows software companion for your iRiver players. It features the capability to fully integrate with Windows Explorer via a device in My Computer, the ability to access a web interface via the iRiver players built in server and the ability to search and report, using SQL that is built in.

The process mlservice.exe is bundled with Irivium's interface application that let you navigate and organize your music by artist, albums, and genres. It also manages your playlist using a powerful integrated interface and overcomes annoying limitations of different music managers and DB scan modes. This feature also allows users to assign ratings to music tracks, together with notes and contacts on iRiver and synchronize it with Microsoft Outlook.

The Advanced Transfer Management implemented by the file mlservice.exe offers quick and easy music and data transfer to and from your iRiver. It makes transferring of files simple, using a drag and drop, send to menus and copy and paste system. Advanced Transfer Management also gives you expert control over tag handling, while Speed Sync keeps your iRiver up to date with your computers music collection. It even shows you how well your USB or Firewire is performing. It also fully supports MP3, WMA, WAV and Ogg Vorbis audio formats.
