The Matrox Quick Desk is provided by the process file mgaqdesk.exe. This application is part of Matrox Power Desk for Matrox video cards. It is used to access Matrox Power Desk features. When the process mgaqdesk.exe is running, its icon appears on your Windows taskbar. Move over your mouse pointer over this icon to see a pop-up toolbar identifying what desktop setting you are currently using. Click the icon to access a Power Desk menu.
