Description:

The lclock.exe process is the main executable of LClock; a 32-bit and 64-bit application that allows you to make your old system tray clock looks like the Windows Longhorn (Code Name for the Windows Vista). The LClock software is a modified version of the TClock Light.

The EXE lclock.exe opens the Calendar when the system tray clock is clicked. The Calendar animates if the Animate Windows is checked in Windows XPs Visual Effects and the Calendar Transparency feature is OFF. It also comes with pop-up reminders that can be scheduled at different intervals and is provided with new improved skin designs and themes such as the Reluna and Azure.

Right click on the lclock.exe file icon pops-up the context menu window which provides several configuration options to change the clocks appearance and style such as changing the clock metrics. This includes setting the clock in vertical position, hour and minute offset, and hour vertical offset.

By changing the LClocks appearance, it can be made to appear like a large travel clock with digits that can fill the complete width of your display. If you happen to travel across time zones, the clock.exe process can display a 2nd time zone and the name of the town or city where you are located.

The lclock.exe Exe supports BMP files as its background image. When BMP files are used, the alpha blending method will be applied. Alpha blending means combining two colors to produce transparency effects. The lclock.exe file can be configured to show 12 Hour Time, 2 Digit Hour, and 0:XX when 12:XX.

The lclock.exe process can be configured to Start with Windows, Show Balloon Tooltip and Disable Double Click. You can also make it as your default clock or you can disable it to go back to the old system clock. It is also provided with a convenient alarm clock.
