The program interwarn.exe is a high-tech weather information program for all Windows platforms. Through the use of the Internet, it lets you turn your own automated personal wire service for National Weather Service watches, statements and warnings, including advisories from the National Hurricane Center and Storm Prediction Center watches and outlooks.

These include visual and audio alarms as well as the ability to save, print, e-mail, and store all incoming weather information to your hard disk.

Thus, these warnings will be heard or seen more than 10 minutes after the warning is issued.
