Description:

MoleculeSofts Cleaner 7.6 houses the process idxl.exe. It is a Cache, Cookie, and Windows Cleaner that cleans all the traces of your browsing activities such as the cache and the cookies. Thus, the idxl.exe file protects your privacy because it removes traces of your personal information from your computer.

The idxl.exe program has built-in features that give you total control over your bookmarks and private links, and cleans up other programs history, like Windows Media Player. It also performs stealth cleaning without displaying its interface by cleaning hidden in the background. Alternatively, it can perform cleaning automatically, either every hour, at a specific time, or at Windows startup.

One of the most important built-in features of the idxl.exe application is the programs ability to immediately hide all web browser windows such as Internet Explorer, Netscape, and Opera. When you press the ALT-Spacebar keys, web browser windows will become invisible. To continue surfing, press the same keys again.

The history data takes up a huge amount of disk space and may delay browser response times when surfing. A log, which contains all the files, folders, database content and registry data that will be cleaned can be previewed before cleaning. The idxl.exe program gives you the option to choose if the files listed will all be cleaned or will be chosen individually. Most files, however, will be deleted; only a few of the files will be cleaned. Those files that are locked by Windows while it is running will be cleaned or deleted during the next boot process. Other files stored by Windows or by your browser will be regenerated by the application idxl.exe. These files will no longer contain history information after a reboot or cleaning session.

In the Statistics window of the idxl.exe program, the most recent cleanings, and the amount of disk space recovered in KB, and the date and the time it was cleaned can be viewed. You can also stop the logging or reset the statistics, if you wish to.

To backup the configuration of the idxl.exe applications, including your saved secret bookmarks, backup the folder C:\ Program Files\ MoleculeSoft\. The idxl.exe files current version is 7.03.0005.
