Description:

The program file gladmanager.exe is a part of the GL-AD pop-up terminator software that automatically runs when Internet Explorer opens. It is a primary file process that acts as a program launcher for the pop-up blocker application. The gladmanager.exe file does not automatically execute during startup, and it runs in the background only when Internet Explorer initializes.
