Description:

The eprompter.exe process functions as an e-mail notification program. The file eprompter.exe is used to execute the ePrompter application in the MS Windows operating system. Once the user executes the eprompter.exe file, it automatically launches the GUI (graphical user interface) of the ePrompter program.

The program file eprompter.exe performs its tasks by automatically checking and retrieving the users e-mail messages from up to sixteen password-protected e-mail accounts and hundreds of other e-mail domains. The application ePrompter not only lets users compose, forward, and reply to their retrieved messages, but also gives them the capability to delete unwanted spam or suspicious-looking mail without having to launch an e-mail program or having to go to the Web mails sites. Then, when the program file eprompter.exe retrieves messages, it sorts the original messages based on the various email accounts' servers.

The ePrompter notification features include a unique rotating tray icon and a choice of five screensavers that let the user know at a glance the number of new messages in each account, as well as audio alerts for recent messages.

The program file eprompter.exe is listed in the start-up list once it is successfully installed in the users workstation.
