The process dimension.exe is a program used to customize MSN Messenger. The dimension.exe process is responsible for making the following tasks possible: adding animation and color to texts, personal toast creator, war tools (login flooder), and viewing and interacting with the raw MSN protocol. Another term used for the program file dimension.exe is Dimension configuration tool or simply Dimension. The file dimension.exe allows the user to send messages to other users as many times as the MSN Web Messenger would allow. By having the process dimension.exe run in the system, the user can write MSN messenger software or projects through the use of the MSN Web Messenger protocol. Moving texts and adding effects to the users nickname and to the text is possible through the customization of the MSN Messenger when using the file dimension.exe.
The MSN Web Messenger lets the user talk online and in real time with other users using just a web browser. To use the MSN Web Messenger the user must have an Internet connection (56 Kbps or faster recommended), a web browser: Mozilla Firefox 1.6, Netscape 7, or Internet Explorer 5 running in Microsoft Windows, and a Microsoft account that contains the users username and password. Hotmail.com and msn.com account can be use for login in to MSN Web Messenger. The MSN Web Messenger enables the user to have quick and easy access on the basic instant messaging features of a web browser on any computer without installing any software.
