• File Locks - When a file is in use, it will be locked while it is being used. Other users can open a read-only copy but cannot make changes to the file until it is unlocked.
• Backups - Because files are stored locally and synchronized with a master file depository, backups are readily available. In fact, the master server keeps multiple versions of files for backup and auditing purposes.
