When I try to install Nokia PC Suite it displays a "connAPPI.dll files not found" error.
Nokia PC Suite and ConnAPPI.dll Files
The Nokia PC Suite is used as a means of communication between a computer and a Nokia phone. For example, the Adobe Photo Downloader uses the Nokia PC Suite to communicate with Nokia phones and download photos from the phone.
Installing Nokia PC Suite
Since this error appears when installing the Nokia PC Suite, it's possible that the installation program you have has a corrupt connAPPI.dll file. Try going to Nokia's website and downloading a fresh copy of the Nokia PC Suite software. Before you attempt the installation, go into Add and Remove Programs and remove any prior Nokia PC Suite installations if any appear.

Safe Mode Software Installation
Some software can be installed when your computer is in Safe Mode while other programs can't. If for some reason you are trying to install the Nokia PC Suite in Safe Mode, it's worth trying it in normal mode instead. The reverse may also be beneficial. If you were trying to install the software in normal mode, try installing it in Safe Mode to ensure that nothing interferes with the installation.
Update Windows
Windows Updates often include patches and DLL files for popular programs and devices. Make sure that your computer has the latest Windows updates. To update Windows, go to Start > Control Panel > Windows Update and click on Check for Updates. Your computer will download and install updates. You will need to restart your computer after.
Since the problem is occurring during installation, your best bet is to visit Nokia and download a fresh copy of the Nokia PC Suite.
