When I installed a game it comes up on my computer as "ogre gltexture" but I cannot play it. It's a 3D game.

The game you are trying to install probably includes details about the minimum requirements that your computer system needs to meet to be able to support the game. Use Device Manager to View Graphics Card Details
In the meantime, you can update your graphics card drivers and hope that is enough to play the game. First, you need to know what kind of graphics card you have installed.
- Right click My Compute, then choose Manage
- Click Device Manager

- Click twice on the graphic card listing to open the details
- Right click the graphic card listing and choose Properties
- Click the Driver tab, then choose Driver Details
Update Graphics Card Drivers
If you are using the graphics card that came built in to your computer, you can also use Device Manager to update the card drivers.
- Click twice on the type of device listing
- Right click the graphics card
- Choose Update Driver and the Hardware Update wizard will open
- Follow the instructions offered
