Attempting to use tab browsing or closing my Internet Explorer window, I get a glitch and error message saying, “Internet Explorer has experienced an unexpected error and must close”. The option to send or not send to Microsoft is given. Keep sending, however, have been unable to correct the problem even after running antivirus and spyware software.
