I get a pop up (the procedure entry point ARCCON_GetFor GmidChangeLog could not be located in the dynamic link library ArcCon.dll.) How do I get rid of it?
What is the ArcCon.dll. file?

In order to do this, you must search through all of your applications until you discover which program it is. Next, decide if you are going to use this application ever again. If you are, then you should use either method 1 or 2 to fix the problem. If you do not intend to continue using the program, then you can use method 3.
Method 1
The first option involves visiting the ArcSoft website and checking for available updates or software patches for the ArcSoft application that you are using. Instructions are provided below. Typically, this will resolve the problem.
Method 2
