I CANT SEND ANY MAIL OR RECIEVE MAIL AND PHOTOS. WANT TO RESTART WITH OUT LOOK AGAIN. WHEN MY PC BROKE DOWN - DELL TECH REPAIR AND TOOK OFF OUT LOOK.

Do you still have the original MS Office installation disc? If your technician uninstalled it, you will need to reinstall it. From there, you will need to input all of the necessary email account information such as your user name and password as well as incoming and outgoing server information (from your ISP). The above mentioned tool may be able to recover some of this information for you but you will still need to reinstall the actual program.
I heard a popular Outlook recovery tool called Advanced Outlook PST Repair is available for repairing your PST file. It is a powerful tool to recover messages, folders and other objects from corrupt or damaged Microsoft Outlook PST files. Hope this can help!
