This does not seem to cover issues relating to “Folder is full” in MS Outlook when trying to delete email or folder.

I was trying to retore my fonts in Outlook 2003 and click restore defaults —- it did and wiped out me emails, addresses etc. Can this program reclaim my pst file after the restore defaults has been run?

It should be able to do so since the restore defaults only affects the program files, not the data files. I would try the free scan. Click the PST Recovery Tool links above and then look for the tab on the website that says “Free Scan.”
